The Bianconeri Name Previous Italian National Team Manager Spalletti

Juventus have named ex- Azzurri boss the veteran manager as their manager until the end of the season.

Spalletti takes over from the Croatian manager, who was let go following the loss to Lazio recently.

Tudor arrived at the club in March as Thiago Motta's replacement but exited following a seven-month stint following a string of eight matches without a victory.

Spalletti led Napoli to the Serie A title in 2022-23 then moving on to lead the Italian national team, after the team's failure to reach the 2022 World Cup under former boss Roberto Mancini.

He helped them qualify for Euro 2024 exiting in the last 16 stage against Switzerland.

Yet, the Italian FA let Spalletti go in June post a qualifying defeat against Norway, putting Italy in danger of missing a third straight World Cup.

Spalletti's managerial career includes Inter Milan, Roma, and Udinese in Serie A and lifted the Russian league trophy twice while at Zenit St Petersburg.

Massimo Brambilla took interim charge of Juventus in the midweek 3-1 triumph over Udinese moving them to seventh position in the league - trailing leaders Napoli by six points after nine matches.

In the Champions League, they sit 25th in the league phase, after recording one defeat and two ties in the initial three fixtures.
