Additionally included in this recent document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands. The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million. The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir. Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section. The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling distinct sections of the property. In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters. More documentation released as part of the continuing oversight release.
